How long does it actually take to plan a wedding in Mallorca?

1-2 years? - Not with Sarah and Luke. In just 3 weeks, we worked with them to get their dream wedding off the ground. It was clear to us from the start that absolutely nothing could upset them, and what was the absolute icing on the cake? Chris and Ruth were to take the wedding photos - two incredibly warm and great people who are absolute icons when it comes to wedding photography. The decisions were made in a flash and so it actually happened that the two of them arrived in Mallorca 3 weeks later with the entire company.

And what did we do? We checked the rain radar every 5 minutes - heavy rain was forecast for Mallorca.

No problem - then instead of the Bedouin tent we put up a really water-repellent tent - just in case.

Then the big day finally arrived and what can we say? Toi toi toi... we had our rubber boots in the car.... That was definitely the right footwear for the day. Was the wedding going to be a complete washout? Absolutely not - no one was definitely moping around here - the ceremony was moved indoors, the aperitif and dinner in the party tent and Sarah & Luke? They were just happy it was finally happening. Both of their fathers gave probably one of the most emotional wedding speeches ever.

After the speech, everyone went into the tent and there was an aperitif - it was already clear here that the party was going to be a blast. After a really great meal, the time had come.

And? Who of you remembers Jack and Rose on the Titanic? The tap dance and how Jack twirled Rose in circles? We can tell you one thing - the atmosphere there was nothing compared to the atmosphere at Sarah and Luke's :) Everyone was really dancing.

"One more song and then we'll really go" is probably becoming one of our standard phrases - we love watching our couples celebrate happily and exuberantly - it's one of the best feelings ever for us.

And what does that tell us? Even a wedding in November with heavy rain can be absolutely wonderful and the absolute party crasher.
